Food logistics professionals might be pleased to hear that the inflation of food prices is on the decline. What doesn't seem to be on the decline is the belief that despite the fact that the industry is experiencing less inflation than it's experienced in the past three years or so, no one seems to be talking deflation.
How long do you think it will take for the inflation of food prices to cease? Assuming there is an end of food price inflation in sight, what new challenges do you expect food logistics professionals to face in the coming years?
